These s/s need to be taken seriously. They are meant to be warnings and to overlook them could be the accident, waiting to happen. As with many s/s, some of these also have multiple meanings.

To a Spaniard, the lightning bolt is a very strong message, to all who would attempt to enter. Or take the treasure from its' concealment site. It means "Absolute Death". This is discussed in the "Death Trap" section.

The lightning bolt will look something like the above. Do not overlook anything that appears to be of a similar shape. Also, it is best to assume that every major mine or treasure has been trapped in some manner. You need to constantly think about "traps". With this type of thinking, you will always be more prepared, than if you didn't.
